"I would highly recommend Chrisie Council. She has one class in North Ralegh up Edwards Mill behind Crabtree. My daughter has been taking her art classes for about 2 years now and loves her. She can work with any medium and any subject and Chrisie sees what she needs to "grow in" and gives her tips/advice. It is not a structured class where everyone does the same thing or at the same pace. This works really well for my 14yog."

"I took my first art class from Mrs. Council. At first, my sister - who is the artistic one in the family - was going to be the only one taking the class. But on Tuesday morning my mom asked, "would you like to take the art class too?" Hoping I would someday be able to draw more than a stick figure or cartoon owl, I decided I'd take it along with my sis.

I had a blast during the class! She was teaching us how to see things as an artist - which is exactly the skill I need to aquire! Next week we'll be learning about tones; I'm looking forward to it!

Besides the fact that she's a great teacher, it is obvious that Mrs. Council loves God, and seeks to honor and glorify Him through art. I can't wait to get to know her better, too!

"Chrisie Council is a beautiful Christian lady that recently began sharing her knowledge and love of art with others as a business. She offers art classes for children and adults. Chrisie will be a positive and Godly mentor for your child.

We were planning on taking her classes in Raleigh in the fall, but God answered my prayers and brought Chrisie closer to us! She started teaching in Garner at Mt. Moriah Church last week. We were so excited that the girls started class last week and opted to pass on attending some of the summer camps that were on our agenda.

If you have a budding artist in the family, he or she will surely love Chrisie's classes."
